Sheeba Dawood is the Co-Founder and CEO of Minerva Lithium, where she leads innovation in Direct Lithium Extraction and battery recycling. A scientist and entrepreneur, she is reshaping the North American critical minerals supply chain with sorbent-based technologies for lithium recovery.

Sheeba has helped secure over $1 million in non-dilutive funding and forged key industry partnerships. She also serves on the Community Sustainability Council for the City of Greensboro and chairs the Women Chemists Committee at ACS Greensboro, while mentoring women in STEM and entrepreneurship.
