BIOGRAPHY

Ryan Kelley is the Imperial County Supervisor for District 4, representing communities including Brawley, Calipatria, and the Salton Sea region. A third-generation Imperial Valley resident, he has dedicated his career to strengthening local communities through public service and leadership roles.

Ryan has served as a firefighter, paramedic, and college instructor, advancing emergency medical services and public safety across the region. He also serves as the Vice Chair of the California Lithium Valley Commission and contributes to several boards focused on health, environment, and regional development.
