Kevin Eberman is the Director of Product Development at 3M Company, where he drives innovation in climate technologies. With more than 20 years of experience, he has developed lithium-ion battery materials including cathodes, anodes, and electrolytes, along with battery packs for safety products.

Kevin previously spent four years at Medtronic designing cells for implanted medical devices. Over the past three years, he has focused on new business development across advanced energy applications, drawing on his deep expertise in materials science and commercial product innovation.
