BIOGRAPHY

Jack Shannon is a Process Engineer at Hatch with more than eight years of experience spanning project development, commissioning, and operational support. He has worked extensively on projects in the battery materials space, including several hard-rock lithium processes and, more recently, direct lithium extraction technologies.

Jack focuses on delivering technically robust and cost-effective solutions by collaborating closely with Hatch’s clients and DLE technology providers. His work supports the optimisation of lithium projects from early studies through to construction and long-term operations.
