Aaron Poon is the Vice President of Technology at ILiAD Technologies, where he leads innovation in water treatment and lithium extraction. He brings over 18 years of experience developing industrial equipment solutions across sectors including oil and gas, mining, power, and chemicals.

Aaron has played a key role in scaling ILiAD’s technology from pilot systems to full commercial deployment. With prior engineering roles at Veolia, he ensures emerging technologies meet the complex needs of heavy industry, particularly in brine and produced water treatment.
